Hi, I’m Randi Morgan from Honey & Child Photography! I’m the site’s photographer, and also mother to two of the models, Chloe and Genevieve!
I was put on the Earth to be a mom, but Neada tells me I was put here to be a mom and a photographer — which is right, I think. Photography is like oxygen to me, it feeds my soul. I was trained as an artist but stopped to be a stay-at-home mom. Even then, though, I couldn’t not be a photographer. I took photos of Chloe every day after she was born. I sometimes changed her outfit five times a day so I could take more photos. (To this day, she still loves to play dress up!) When Genevieve was born, I bought a really great digital SLR, and suddenly family and friends started asking me to take portraits. Soon their friends started calling, and their friends’ friends, and, well, you get the picture. I soon launched Honey & Child photography.
Neada is an old high school friend. She found me on Facebook and invited me out for coffee. We talked for three hours! It was like we’d never separated. She makes everybody feel like they’re the most important person in the world. So I was thrilled when she asked me to be Olivia Bloom’s photographer.
I think children’s clothing is so important. When my girls go to school or out with friends, if I put them in clothes with character and life, something that twirls, they just have more fun. Their beautiful clothes help them stand out and feel special. And that’s exactly how Olivia Bloom clothing makes children feel.
