Returns and Exchanges


We have a hard time believing you won’t adore everything you buy from our shop. But, hey, things happen — clothes don’t fit quite right, little Jack decides he’s only wearing blue from now on, Aunt Betty bought the exact same dress so you need to buy an even cuter one. Whatever the reason, we’re here to help. And we want to make it as easy as possible!

For returns, within 14 days of delivery, please:

1. Repack your items in a safe, secure shipping box.  All items must be in good condition, unworn, and in the original packing. Please be sure to include your original receipt.
2. Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged.  Olivia Bloom cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
3. Mail your package to:

For exchanges, due to the limited quantities of some of our merchandise, the item(s) you want to exchange for may no longer be available.  We suggest that you place a new order for the products you would like, and follow the steps above to return the unwanted product for a refund.

Please note, we cannot accept any returns later than 14 days after original delivery.  Unfortunately, we also cannot accept any returns on accessories, special order items, and items marked as “SALE”.

General Shipping Policies


You can expect to receive your order within 10-14 business days from purchase, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.  You will receive an email confirmation when your products are shipped.  Please note, that we can only ship products within the United States.

For all purchases over $100, we are happy to currently be offering FREE STANDARD SHIPPING!







Returns Policy
Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your oliviabloom.com order, please return items within 14 DAYS of receipt.  We'll happily accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items.  Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.  Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.  
Returns are accepted through the mail. 
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
If the return is a result of our error, please contact Customer Service at info@oliviabloom.com and we will issue a credit for the return shipping charges.
 
Due to the limited quantities of merchandise, the item(s) you wish to exchange may no longer be available.  We suggest you place a new order of item(s) and return the unwanted item(s) for a refund.  We are unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place your new order.  If you have requested an exchange, you will receive an email detailing the availability of the item(s) and its shipping status.  Items available in stock will be shipped approximately 48 to 72 hours to the shipping address on your invoice.  If the item(s) was sent to you as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original credit card used for the payment.

Most returns are processed within ten days of receipt in our warehouse.  We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed.  

FINAL SALES : All sales of accessories, special order items, and items marked as "SALE" and "CLEARANCE" are final.
FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.
