Penelope Dress

The Penelope Dress by Persnickety is one of our favorites. The first thought that came to mind was, "How perfect is this for the holidays?" Our little model couldn't get enough of the lace sleeves and walked around clapping! Oh, how sweet!

Skirt: 100% Cotton

Care instructions: Machine wash cold. Hang dry for best results. Do not bleach.
